Located on the coastal road of the New Port of Igoumenitsa, opposite the Main Passenger Terminal for international departures and next to the Egnatia highway exit.
The guesthouse is just 50 meters from the External Port (ferries to Italy), and 300 meters from the Internal Port (ferries to Corfu, Paxos).
All rooms and apartments are equipped with a television, air conditioning, independent heating, free Wi-Fi, and balconies with sea views. Most units also feature fully equipped kitchens.
The guesthouse offers parking space, a garden, a café-bar, a waiting area, a mini-market, and a communal laundry facility.

Welcome to the traditional stone-built guesthouse “Nisista,” constructed using the traditional techniques of Epirus. It is located on the lush slope of Xirovouni, in the center of the village of Rodavgi, renowned for its rosy dawn, offering panoramic views of Tzoumerka and the river Arachthos!
This guesthouse is a family-run business. It was founded in 2006 by Alexandra and Andreas Mourgela, and today it is managed by their daughter, Telemachi.
It features 7 rooms: 5 doubles and 2 suites, all equipped with autonomous heating and comfortable beds. The thick stone walls provide natural insulation and coolness during the summer. The rooms are classically decorated, and the suites also have fireplaces. Amenities include satellite LCD TV, wireless internet, CD player, and minibar. Complimentary toiletries and slippers are provided.
The guesthouse has a café where you can enjoy your coffee or drink, along with various sweet and savory snacks.
Breakfast is served buffet-style and includes seasonal fresh juices, coffee of your choice, aromatic mountain tea, local products, and traditional Epirus pies!
