The Aktia Nikopolis Foundation was established at the end of 1997 with the aim of contributing culturally to the Preveza region and its broader area. Its establishment was approved and ratified by Presidential Decree on December 5, 1997.   5. Publication of books, prints, and other materials necessary for the dissemination of the Foundation’s collections related to the history, culture, and environment of the region.
  6. Organization of conferences, seminars, and lectures on topics that contribute to the development of the cultural infrastructure of the region.
  7. Support for initiatives aiming to promote literature and the arts.
  8. Support for exemplary actions for the protection of the environment and national heritage.
